Early Careers

BWT Alpine Formula One Team’s Early Careers Programmes are designed to accelerate your development and place you at the heart of Formula One innovation. Our mission is to attract, inspire, and nurture emerging talent—building a strong pipeline of future engineers, designers, technicians, and business professionals. We offer unique opportunities to gain hands‑on experience and immerse yourself in the fast‑paced, high‑performance environment of an F1 team.

Designed for forward‑thinkers and innovators, our programmes allow you to work on meaningful projects that broaden your technical and professional capability. You’ll gain a holistic understanding of your chosen discipline while contributing to the team’s pursuit of excellence on and off the track.

Our programmes

Student Placement

Student Placement

A 13-month placement within a technical or business function department for students in their penultimate year of their degree. Roles are advertised in September for a July intake.

Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship

A 3-4 year engineering apprenticeship within Operations, delivered in partnership with Abingdgon and Witney College. Opportunities are advertised in April for a September start.

Trainee

Trainee

Designed for individuals with at a minimum Level 3 qualification, who are looking to develop a hands-on taqchnical specialism within Operations.  Recruitment is dependant on resource requirements.

Graduate

Graduate

A 2-year rotational programme within technical or business support areas, aimed at recent university graduates. Recruitment is dependant on resource requirements.

Junior

Junior

Permanent early-career roles for graduates or young professionals ready to begin their journey in a specialised area. Recruitment is based on team requirements.
