You shall; (i) inform Alpine immediately of any unauthorised use of your account and/or your password and/or any breach of security; and (ii) make sure that at the end of each session you disconnect properly. 

This site provides information on Alpine products and services available throughout the United Kingdom. From time to time, there may be geographically specific information relating to the products and services. Please check with your local dealer before making any commitments. Whilst we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on the site is the most recent and correct, from time to time the specifications of vehicles, services and prices can change without notice. Because of the interactive nature of the site the configuration is for illustration purposes only. You should therefore contact your local dealer for further details. Includes delivery to the dealer premises, number plates and a one-litre bottle of oil for all cars, 12 months government road fund licence (depending on CO2 emissions) and First registration fee at £55. Other goods or services supplied by agreement between the customer and the Dealer are not included.

If you are using Alpine Social Media, please remember that Alpine Social Media is provided via social media sites which have their own functionality, terms and privacy policies. You should be aware that these functions are part of the social media site, and are subject to the social media sites terms and privacy policy. Please ensure you have read these carefully and have checked your personal settings to ensure you are happy with how your information will be used by the social media site. Alpine Social Media may make use of these functions but Alpine does not control them and is not responsible for them.

Alpine may use personal details as part of a social media campaign or competition, which will have their own terms and conditions assigned and clearly signposted.

Thank you for agreeing to let Renault U.K. Limited trading as Alpine  (“Alpine”) use your photo, video, post, and/or other online content (the “Content”). Please comment “#YES” if you agree to grant Alpine the right to use your Content for any lawful commercial purpose Alpine deem appropriate, in consideration of it publishing your Content. By agreeing to such use, you will also be agreeing to Alpine using and publishing your social media name/tag/ personal data on such Content in accordance with UK data protection laws. You may request that your personal data is removed from such Content at any time by emailing customer.services@renault.co.uk. This includes use on any social media platform, in advertising, and for the promotion of Alpine products or services, regardless of the media used. In addition, Alpine may edit, change or alter your Content as it sees fit, without payment of any compensation to you or a third party – and without you having the right to review or approve the finished product or advertising copy, or have any right of attribution. This agreement also means that you can’t subsequently withdraw your permission for Alpine to use your Content. Furthermore, you agree that Alpine subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, representatives, assigns, licensees, and anyone else acting on behalf of Alpine , or with Alpine's permission, has the right to use the Content as provided in these Terms and Conditions too. Alpine wants to ensure that it doesn’t use any content that violates the rights of any third party, or will be viewed as defamatory, obscene, or threatening to any other party. The company also respects the intellectual property rights of others. The Alpine will retain your data for a period of 3 years. Therefore, by giving Alpine permission to use your Content, you represent and warrant to Renault trading as Alpine that:

1. You are the owner of the Content you have provided, including all ideas, images, text, and intellectual property rights within the Content, inclusive of copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, publicity rights, and privacy rights, or if you are not the owner of such rights, you have already obtained permission from the owner of such rights and have the authority to grant Renault trading as Alpine permission to use the Content as provided in these Terms and Conditions;
2. if any third parties are featured or mentioned in the video/image/post that you have their express written permission to share the Content with Alpine for its own use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and that you have shared such terms with them;
3. Alpine use of your Content as provided herein will not infringe on the intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or privacy rights of any third party, or require the payment of any compensation to any third party;
4. Nothing in the Content you provided is likely to be considered defamatory, obscene, or threatening to any third party;
5. You are of full age and have the right to enter into this agreement in your own name. You hereby release Alpine from any claims related to Alpine use of the Content as permitted herein, whether in existence today or in the future, including, without limitation, all rights, demands and/or liabilities regarding invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, violation of the rights of publicity and privacy, moral rights and/or breach of confidentiality.
