Having made his mark early in single-seaters, the Portuguese driver distinguished himself in numerous disciplines, eventually reaching Formula 1 as a test and development driver. He then established himself as one of the key figures in Formula E, a series in which he secured the World Championship title in 2020, confirming his versatility and ability to perform at the highest level.

 

Accustomed to factory programmes and cutting-edge environments, António Félix da Costa brings to the Alpine Endurance Team a wealth of experience in technical development, race management, and performance in demanding formats. His arrival for the 2026 season marks a new chapter in his career, with the aim of taking on the challenge of endurance racing and contributing to the ambitions of Alpine's Hypercar programme in the FIA World Endurance Championship.
