Frédéric Makowiecki -

A respected figure in endurance racing, Frédéric Makowiecki joined Alpine Endurance Team in 2025 to begin a new chapter in his career. An elite driver for over twenty years, the Frenchman has distinguished himself with the most prestigious teams, notably winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the GTE Pro category in 2022 before moving up to Hypercar. His experience, technical finesse, and racing intelligence make him a recognised authority in the paddock.
In his first season with Alpine in 2025, “Mako” quickly made his mark at the wheel of the Alpine A424. Delivering solid performances and making notable contributions on track, he actively contributed to the team's performance, securing two podium finishes during the season. His technical expertise and attention to detail played a key role in the continued progress of the Hypercar programme.
