What is a recall campaign?

When Alpine identifies a product that constitutes a potential risk in terms of safety or regulations, potentially affected vehicles will be recalled. Customers are informed by registered letter to get their vehicles checked and, if applicable, realigned free of charge by an Alpine representative.
