After finalising your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Make sure you save this number. You will need it to place your early A390 Premiere order for the Alpine A390, before sales are opened to the general public.
It may take up to 48 hours for your email confirmation to appear in your inbox. Make sure to check your spam folder. The day after your payment, you will find your invoice and order number in your My Alpine account. You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your Alpine x Devialet earbuds. You can no longer exercise this right once you have purchased your vehicle. To retract, you can:

No, the Alpine A390 Premiere is a service separate from the purchase of the vehicle. Its amount is neither reimbursed nor deducted from the price of the vehicle or any other associated service.
Yes, you need a My Alpine account. You can create one when you purchase if you don't already have one. This account will allow you to retrieve your Alpine A390 Premiere invoice and, subsequently, to access Alpine products and services related to your vehicle.
You can change your choice of Alpine Store by contacting the Alpine Concierge via Live Chat from 8AM to 7PM Monday to Friday, 9.30AM to 5PM Saturday and Sunday.
You can modify your personal information directly in your My Alpine account. The Alpine A390 Premiere is a nominative and non-transferable service: it cannot be transferred to another person. If you have any questions, please contact our Alpine Concierge via Live Chat from 8AM to 7PM Monday to Friday, 9.30AM to 5PM Saturday and Sunday.
When you purchase your Alpine A390 Premiere, select the Alpine Store of your choice. When the priority order period starts for Alpine A390 Premiere holders, they will contact you to schedule an appointment. You will then finalise the build of your A390 together and confirm your order. You will need to provide your Alpine A390 Premiere order number.
The Alpine A390 Premiere gives you priority access to all powertrains, versions and options available when orders open to the public. However, it does not cover configurations added after this date.
Along with priority ordering, you'll receive exclusive details about the vehicle, as well as potential opportunities for reserved test drives and special merchandise. You will receive more details about these advantages by post, email or through other channels (Alpine website, etc.). With the Alpine A390 Premiere, you'll receive Alpine x Devialet earbuds directly to your home from the end of June 2025.
The Alpine A390 Premiere is a non-transferable service. However, you can order the vehicle in another person's name via your Alpine Store. When orders reserved for holders of the Alpine A390 Premiere are opened, you will be able to place the order with another Alpine Store, in your name, or in the name of another person (provided you supply written authorisation from the holder of the Alpine A390 Premiere).
Your contact details will be sent to the Alpine Store a few days before the opening of orders reserved for your Alpine A390 Premiere. You will not be contacted before this period.
If you don't hear from us, you can contact your Alpine Store directly and give them your Alpine A390 Premiere order number to finalise your vehicle order.
If you place your order after the reserved period, your request will be processed according to the standard order process.
You can pay online with Visa or Mastercard.
