FAQ - Reserving a vehicle online

You can reserve our A290 models online. This service is reserved for private customers only. To find out more about our offers for business customers, please visit Alpine Store.

- Customise an Alpine vehicle in the configurator on the Alpine website.
- Once your customisation is complete, click on "Reserve for £200".

- You will be invited to create your My Alpine account.

- You will need to select an Alpine Store, fill in your personal details and pay a reservation fee of £200.
- After completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also access your reservation directly in your My Alpine account.

When you purchase your vehicle, the reservation fee may be refunded in the case of financing, or deducted from the total amount in the case of cash payment. This will be done by your Alpine Store.

Create your My Alpine account to save your configuration, modify it and finalise it at any time.

Whatever stage of your reservation, contact the Alpine Concierge via live chat from 8AM to 7PM Monday to Friday, 9.30AM to 5PM Saturday and Sunday.

You will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided when reserving online.
If you don't receive anything within 48 hours, check your spam folder.

The Alpine Concierge will contact you to finalise the purchase of your car.

Find the contact details of your Alpine Store and all the information relating to your reservation in your confirmation email or directly in your My Alpine account.

The average delivery time is provided for information only. It may vary depending on the Alpine Store chosen and the completion date of your reservation. Your Alpine Concierge will confirm the exact time.

Your reservation is valid for 3 days from the moment you've made it.

You will be able to get an estimate for the trade-in of your old vehicle when you meet with your Alpine Store to finalise your reservation. You can use this trade-in as a down payment towards the purchase of your A290.

When configuring your vehicle, you can customise your financing offer. 

Your Alpine Store will help you select the most suitable financing or leasing solution when they contact you after your reservation.
