Introduced for the first time in 2017 after the LMP2 class underwent deep changes, the Alpine A470 was designed to meet the new technical regulations while outperforming its predecessors.
Fast from the outset, the A470 became a winning machine with victories in the 2018 and 2019 24 Hours of Le Mans. The A470 won the world title in the 2018-2019 season and also competed in the 2020 campaign before returning to the track this year, still adorned in iconic Alpine blue.
